At Aurelle Cafe, every cup begins with a story — ours.

I once built and ran three restaurants — spaces filled with energy, community, and passion. Then, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to close them all and walk away. I lost everything and found myself starting over at 36. This coffee shop was born from that moment — that dream of starting over — not just as a business, but as a fresh start, a way to rebuild with purpose, and to create something meaningful again.

Coffee became my way forward.

There's something deeply honest about coffee. It starts as a humble seed, planted in distant soil, nurtured through changing seasons, and carefully harvested by skilled hands. Each bean carries the mark of resilience — weathering challenges, adapting, and growing stronger. In many ways, that journey mirrors my own.

At Aurelle Cafe, we source our beans from renowned coffee-growing regions like Kenya, Uganda, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Sumatra, Brazil, and a few others — where altitude, climate, and craftsmanship come together to create exceptional quality. From there, each batch is thoughtfully roasted to bring out its unique character — bold, smooth, complex, and alive.
